Simon was a housing law hero, fighting for his clients with intelligence, kindness, energy and a healthy dose of good humor. Some of our law students were fortunate to have worked with him in court on the housing possession duty desk. All of them came back from court full of praise and admiration for Simon and his work there. He was incredibly kind and patient with each student, teaching them lessons in life, justice and housing law that they’ll never forget. We’ll miss him very much and send our love and thoughts to his family, colleagues and friends.
